No. We price by the job, not the hour. This ensures consistent work and allows us to focus on quality rather than watching the clock.
Is a deep clean required for first time clients?
In many cases, yes. Homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently or show buildup may require a deep clean before recurring service begins.
What affects my final price?
Home size, condition, pets, level of buildup, add-on services and overall timing all factor into final pricing.
What is your minimum service price?
All cleanings start at $130. This minimum applies regardless of home size or service type.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, we arrive fully equipped with professional grade supplies. If you prefer specific products, please let us know in advance.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients provide entry instructions. We're happy to clean while you're away.
What is your cancelation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancelations or reschedules. Late cancelations may be subject to a fee.
